Convene ESG simplifies data collection and reporting for companies affected by the CSRD, among others. The solution maps ESRS key figures, supports the double materiality check, enables XBRL tagging and the definition and tracking of targets.

In addition, progress can be tracked seamlessly and reports are generated automatically depending on the selected framework (e.g. CSRD, GRI, TCFD, etc.).
How does Convene facilitate CSRD reporting?
The often tedious collection, recording and aggregation of the underlying data is extremely simplified, allowing companies to focus on the key aspects: for example, the design of ESG strategies and their monitoring as well as the performance of the double materiality analysis. Changes or extensions to the regulatory basis are automatically mapped in the solution and no longer need to be considered by the user.

- Integration and compatibility: Third-party systems can be connected to the ESG reporting solution via (residual) API. This allows a high degree of automation to be realized.
- Ease of use and training: The system is simple to use and experience has shown that very little training is required. Nevertheless, we also offer extensive training material.
- Data security and data protection: The data is stored in the EU and we fully comply with the GDPR guidelines.
- Support and customer service: Offers English-speaking 24/7 support, which can be reached by e-mail and telephone. Between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. CET, German-speaking contacts are also available.
- Future and further development: In addition to the development of a supplier module, Convene is working on further API frameworks, the materiality analysis and guidelines for completing the ESRS.
- Cost structure and scalability: The price structure is based on the company's turnover with no hidden costs. Discounts are also granted for NGOs.
